Overview

Bagel is a privacy-first journal app built for tracking intimate encounters. No accounts, no cloud storage, everything stays local and offline by design.

What I Did

• Designed the UX in Figma with a focus on discretion and simplicity

• Developed the iOS app in Swift using CoreData for local storage

• Handled branding, copy, and App Store assets

• Launched independently on the App Store and tested marketing via UGC-style ads

Why It Matters

Bagel demonstrates my ability to take a product from concept to launch on my own. Handling strategy, design, development, and marketing with complete autonomy.
