FAQs

How does the app work?

You can save two wishes each day — one for 11:11 AM and one for 11:11 PM. When those times come, you’ll receive a gentle reminder with the wish you entered. If you didn’t enter a wish, you’ll still receive a prompt to reflect.

Why didn’t I get my 11:11 notification?

Here are a few things to check:

• Make sure notifications are allowed in your iPhone settings.

• If Screen Time or Do Not Disturb was active at 11:11, the notification may have been delayed.

• If you haven’t opened the app in a while, the system may have paused background activity. Just open the app again to refresh things.

What if I miss a day?

If you don’t enter a new wish, the app resets the next morning and sends the default “Make a wish!” message. You’ll never get an old wish repeated unless you re-enter it.

Can I restore my wishes if I delete the app?

Not unless your phone is backed up to iCloud.

Because we store everything locally and don’t use accounts, deleting the app erases your data. If iCloud Backup is enabled, reinstalling the app on the same Apple ID may restore your data.

Why didn’t the app refresh or send a notification this morning?

iOS doesn’t guarantee background execution. This may happen if:

  • Low Power Mode was turned on

  • The app was force-quit or crashed

  • Background App Refresh is disabled in Settings

For best results, keep Background App Refresh enabled and avoid force-quitting the app.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything stays on your device.

We don’t collect any personal information, and we don’t track anything you do in the app.

There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no cloud syncing.
